Issuance of Record of Title-Mutation by NKDA– Application Process

Creating an Account in eDistrict2 .0

Before moving forward for Record of Title-Mutation, please create your user accout in the portal of West bengal eDistrict 2.0

Login to the Application for Record of Title-Mutation

To log in to the West Bengal e-District Application, the user should open an internet browser and need to type the URL in the address bar and press Enter. West Bengal e-District Application login page appears as below:

After successfull login, the user is directed to the Dashboard as shown below.

Applying for a Assessment of Property Tax under NKDA -WBHIDCO

User needs to find the service as shown below.

This screen appears when the user clicks on the Service Name.

The user needs to click on Accept button to proceed further.

Filling up the Application form for Mutation

Applicant needs to fill up the Required Informations in this section as shown below.

The user needs to provide the requisite information and click on the Search Button as shown below.

If the user provides wrong information, the system responds accordingly with an error message. like this-

In case the user has the correct inputs, the user is allowed access to proceed with the application for mutation of New Town property as shown below.

Now the user can provide the data related to the Owner Details, Property Address and Communication Address as shown below.

Now save the draft and click Next.

Once the user clicks on the Save & Next button the following screen appears. Here the user is required to provide the Property Description, Property Details, Details of Tax Saathi and Other Information for the mutation application. The following screen shot displays the same.

To move to the previous screen the user can click on the Back Button. The user can expand the Property Decription section and provide the necessary details. Following screen shot can be referred to.

Next, the user has to provide Property Details, followed by details pertaining to Tax Saathi and Other Details.

Adding Supporting Documents.

To attach the documents user needs to click on the Supporting Documents for mutation in order to attach the supporting documents and then attach files individually as per the service requirement.

To attach a document, the user needs to click on the Attach File(s) link. Once all the necessary documents are uploaded, User has to click on Save button to save the attachments.

Now the user can click on Preview button to preview the application as shown below

nd then click on Submit button to complete the application submission. The Unique AIN is generated for the application submitted. This is shown in the image below

Checking the Application Outcome

In order to check the outcome of an application, the user has to follow the following steps:

  • Login to WB eDistrict portal
  • Search the application using the search features with the help of the Unique AIN as
    mentioned in the previous section.
  • Application may have the outcome as Approved or Rejected as per the merit of the case.
    The following screen shot shows an application which has been rejected.

Payment of Assessment Fees

After sucessful payment of the require fees a link will be generated for payment as shown below.
